Yes, all our watches come with a 5-year warranty covering any issues related to the movement. If you experience any mechanical defects or malfunctions, we will repair or replace the movement at no cost to you.

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel an order. We are happy to accommodate cancellations within 72 hours of ordering. Once tracking has been provided, the order can no longer be canceled and a return request will need to be submitted instead.

We take your payment security seriously, and in the event that your card has been charged more than once for a single order, we will promptly refund the excess amount within 4 hours from the order date. At our company, we strive to provide excellent customer service and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We offer free worldwide shipping for our products, but please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur as a result. Additionally, during public holidays, shipping and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased demand and carrier limitations.

We use UPS. FedEX, DHL, DPD, EMS and Royal Mail to deliver your product(s). If there is a delay you will also immediately be notified by our team about the delay. 

We strive to provide the best shipping experience for both our European customers and those residing outside the EU.

For our European customers and US customers, we first ship the product(s) from our warehouse in Asia to our warehouse in Germany, Netherlands or the US. From there, your parcel(s) is shipped directly to you. This process helps you avoid potential customs fees and additional taxes, ensuring a smooth, fast, and hassle-free delivery experience within the EU and US.

For our customers outside the EU(excluding US), we ship directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong, , Singapore, Malaysia or Korea bypassing the additional warehouse step in Germany or the Netherlands. This ensures faster delivery by reducing transit time and avoiding additional stops.

We understand it can be concerning when tracking updates are not immediately visible. Once you receive a tracking number, your order has already been shipped and is on its way.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear because the shipment moves through multiple transit facilities. Updates usually become visible once the package reaches the next checkpoint in the shipping process.

If your tracking has not updated for 10-12 days please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Delays can occasionally occur if additional corrections are required during our quality control process before shipment. Processing times may also be slightly longer during special sales, holiday seasons, or periods of high demand.
