Our products are Grey Market , produced in the same starting factories and using the same materials as retail and resell versions (Excluding Watches. Cartier and Hermes).

These are typically early production batches made 6–12 months before official release that did not pass the brand’s final quality control. As a result, minor imperfections may occasionally be present.

Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, and any correctable imperfections are addressed without compromising the materials or structure. The pictures on our website are after corrections have been made.

Unlike replicas, Grey Market products maintain the same materials and construction as their retail counterparts.

All orders will be shipped out in 5-9 working days (excluding Apparel, Outerwear, Accessories and Lanvins), unless your order goes out of stock. The reason for our longer processing time, is because of the strict quality control checks we carry out before shipping any product to you. We want to ensure you receive only the very best and are fully satisfied. We would never want you to receive anything below our standards.

If in the case your order is out of stock, you will be contacted by our support team through email. Your tracking code(s) will be provided through the email you have provided with your order, so you will be able to track you're parcel(s) delivery date and shipment status.

Please note that tracking does not always update instantly after you receive your tracking number. This is due to the special shipping route we use, which ensures your order is handled with care and clears international customs as smoothly as possible.

Rest assured, your parcel has already been shipped from the moment your tracking number is provided to you. Updates can take a few days to appear, but once the tracking updates, delivery typically takes place within 24–48 hours.

We take every precaution to ensure your parcel clears customs smoothly. In the rare case that it gets detained, we will promptly ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
