Our products are Grey Market , produced in the same starting factories and using the same materials as retail and resell versions (Excluding Watches. Cartier and Hermes).

These are typically early production batches made 6–12 months before official release that did not pass the brand’s final quality control. As a result, minor imperfections may occasionally be present.

Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, and any correctable imperfections are addressed without compromising the materials or structure. The pictures on our website are after corrections have been made.

The RIMOWA Original Collection offers timeless design, superior durability, and effortless functionality for every type of traveler. Crafted from high-quality anodized aluminum, these suitcases feature RIMOWA’s signature grooved design, telescopic handles, smooth-rolling Multiwheel® system, and TSA-approved locks.

The collection includes the Trunk S, a compact boxy trunk inspired by vintage travel cases, alongside the classic Medium and Large Check-In suitcases, providing options for trips of any length. Inside, each suitcase features organized compartments and Flex Dividers for efficient packing. Whether traveling short-term or extended, the Original Collection ensures both style and practicality with a distinctive, iconic aesthetic.

All orders are shipped within 2–6 working days, excluding Apparel, Accessories, Lanvins, Louboutins, and Golden Goose. These items require additional processing time as they are carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality.

Each order undergoes strict quality control before shipping to ensure you receive only the best.

If an item is out of stock, our support team will contact you via email. Tracking details will also be sent to your email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Tracking may take a few days to update due to our shipping route. Once active, it updates regularly and delivery typically occurs within 24–48 hours.

We take every precaution to ensure smooth customs clearance. If your parcel is detained, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
