Refund & Return Policy

Return & Exchange Period

Our return policy offers a 30-day return and exchange period starting from the date the tracking information is sent.

  • Return shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer. For exchanges we send the return label.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, any eligible refunds will be promptly processed, typically within 24–48 hours.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be processed if the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging with all tags and brand materials attached.


To Be Eligible for Return:

  • The product must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original packaging, as well as an outer box for protection during transit. Returns without an outer box may be rejected if the item is damaged in transit.
  • We reserve the right to examine the condition of any returned product and make deductions if it shows signs of use, alteration, or damage to the product, tags, box, or seals.
  • All shoes and accessories must be returned with their original packaging, including the box, tags, and any other materials. Packaging should not be used as the external shipping container.
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while in your possession. If you fail to comply, we may have a right of action for compensation.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or sale items (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Years, Christmas) are non-returnable and non-refundable.  Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management in extraordinary circumstances. If an exception is granted, we reserve the right to permanently terminate the customer’s account and deny any future orders.
  • Special orders obtained through private shopping services are also non-returnable. Customers are notified prior to payment, and confirmation is considered acceptance of these terms.
  • Customers that excessively return items may be refused at our sole discretion, and future orders may be rejected.

Confirmed Measurements & Pre-Shipment Approval

  • Customers have the option to select wether they would like to receive pictures and the video(s) of the product(s) before shipping.
  • If the customer selects this option, the product will only be shipped after they confirm it meets the provided specifications (e.g., size, insole length and appearance).
  • Once the customer confirms, returns or exchanges for fit reasons will not be accepted, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • All confirmations (emails, chat messages, order notes, or approval via the opt-in process) are considered part of the agreement.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
  • We will evaluate the issue and provide a full refund or replacement if confirmed.
  • Refunds for defective goods are processed within 48 hours of confirmation via email.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
  • If the returned products are not handled with reasonable care, we reserve the right to deny a refund and return the goods at your cost.
