Het bovenwerk van de Air Jordan 4 ‘Snorlax Custom’ is verdeeld in een boven- en ondergedeelte, waarin de tinten blauw en beige tot uiting komen. Donkerdere kleurvlakken bieden een 3D-effect dat is afgeleid van de schaduwen op de ronde vorm van Snorlax. De schoen wordt naar een hoger niveau getild door de bruine luchtondersteunde tussenzolen en de beige/grijze rubberen buitenzolen die het uiterlijk van de voeten van de Pokémon nabootsen.
