Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, and any correctable imperfections are addressed without compromising the materials or structure. The photos displayed on our website reflect the product after any necessary corrections have been made.

All orders are shipped within 2–6 working days, excluding Apparel, Accessories, Lanvins, Louboutins, and Golden Goose. These items require additional processing time as they are carefully handcrafted to ensure the highest quality.

Each order undergoes strict quality control before shipping to ensure you receive only the best.

If an item is out of stock, our support team will contact you via email. Tracking details will also be sent to your email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Tracking may take a few days to update due to our shipping route. Once active, it updates regularly and delivery typically occurs within 24–48 hours.

We take every precaution to ensure smooth customs clearance. If your parcel is detained, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
