All orders will be shipped out in 3-7 working days (excluding Apparel, Rolex, Lanvins), unless your order goes out of stock. If that is the case you will be contacted by our support team through email. Your tracking code will be provided through the email so you will be able to track your parcel(s) delivery date and shipment status.
Please note that tracking does not always update instantly after you receive your tracking number. This is due to the special shipping route we use, which ensures your order is handled with care and clears international customs as smoothly as possible.
Rest assured, your parcel has already been shipped from the moment your tracking number is provided to you. Updates can take a few days to appear, but once the tracking updates, delivery typically takes place within 24–48 hours.
We take every precaution to ensure your parcel clears customs smoothly. In the rare case that it gets detained, we will promptly ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
