Our products are known as Grey Market products. They are produced in the same factories as retail and resell products (excluding Rolex), using the same premium materials. However, they did not pass the brand’s official quality control during production, which is why they are considered unauthorized.

Since they are manufactured in the same facilities and with the same materials as retail products (excluding the Rolex), the overall quality remains high. However, because they do not go through the brand’s final inspection, imperfections may be present. To ensure the best quality possible, we thoroughly inspect and correct any imperfection(s) without compromising materials or structure of our products before offering them to you.

Grey Market products can appear in different ways. Some are factory seconds that did not pass final inspection because of small details like stitching, placement, box label misalignment, shape and more. Others come from extra production runs where more product batches were made than officially agreed upon. There are also backdoor products, which are products that leave factories through employees or connections before reaching retail stores. This is also why you may sometimes see products available months before the official release date online, due to resellers also buying them through those factories.

Unlike replicas, which often use cheaper materials to cut costs, our Grey Market products maintain the same premium construction as their retail and resell counterparts. This means they offer the same durability, comfort, and overall feel just without the official branding approval.

In short, our Grey Market products give you the same materials, craftsmanship, and overall quality as retail and resell products, but at a price that is more accessible than resell. You get a high-quality product experience without paying inflated prices.

All pictures are taken by us and are fully representative of what you will receive. This watch comes with a 5-year warranty covering any issues related to the movement. If you experience any mechanical defects or malfunctions, we will repair or replace the movement at no cost to you.

All orders will be shipped out in 4-8 working days (excluding Apparel, Outerwear, Rolex and Lanvins), unless your order goes out of stock. The reason for our longer processing time, is because of the strict quality control checks we carry out before shipping any product to you. We want to ensure you receive only the very best and are fully satisfied. We would never want you to receive anything below our standards.

If in the case your order is out of stock, you will be contacted by our support team through email. Your tracking code(s) will be provided through the email you have provided with your order, so you will be able to track you're parcel(s) delivery date and shipment status.

Please note that tracking does not always update instantly after you receive your tracking number. This is due to the special shipping route we use, which ensures your order is handled with care and clears international customs as smoothly as possible.

Rest assured, your parcel has already been shipped from the moment your tracking number is provided to you. Updates can take a few days to appear, but once the tracking updates, delivery typically takes place within 24–48 hours.

We take every precaution to ensure your parcel clears customs smoothly. In the rare case that it gets detained, we will promptly ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.
