Das Fragment Design x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Retro High bringt zwei der einfluss reichsten kreativen Partner von Jordan Brand zusammen. Das resultierende Design zeigt den grundlegenden Sneaker in weißem Leder mit Scotts charakter is tischem umgekehrtem Swoosh in kontrastieren dem schwarzem Leder. Ähnlich wie bei der AJ1-Kollaboration des Rappers aus dem Jahr 2019 ist in den schwarzen Nylon kragen ein versteckter Beutel eingebaut. Kontrastierende militärische blaue Treffer setzen sich auf die Zehen box, die Kragen klappe und die Fersen überlagerung. Letzteres ist mit dem Blitzschlag-Logo von Fragment auf dem rechten Schuh und dem Smiley-Gesicht von La Flame Cactus Jack auf der linken Seite versehen. Weitere Branding-Elemente sind ein gewebtes Nike Air-Zungen etikett, ein sekundäres Cactus Jack-Zungen etikett und ein klassisches Jordan Wings-Logo auf dem seitlichen Knöchel. Eine Gummi-Cupsole mit vor vergil bten Seitenwänden verleiht dem Schuh eine Vintage-Ästhetik.
